Satisfied or reimbursed Right to renounceAlways contact Best Friend, prior to returning, cancellating or refusing orders. If you buy something via internet, the Belgian law gives you as a customer a reflection time of 14 days (= Right to renounce). Within this period you can return your purchase without giving any reasons. The shipping costs of these returns are charge of the customer. You will receive your payment back within 30 days, with deduction of shipping costs. The liability for any dammage, theft or loss of the return shipment falls to the customer. In case of refusal or cancellation, 20% of the total amount of your order will be charged to cover expenses made.The remaining amount will be repaid within 30 days. Guarantees on jewels and watches Best Friend gives a 6 months’ guarantee on items in gold and/or set with diamonds. This guarantee does not apply to badly damaged articles caused by careless handling. This guarantee does not apply to discoloration of white gold. This is due to normal wear. Your jewels can always be rhoduim treated again. For watches you get a 1 year guarantee from the manufacturer. This guarantee does not apply to batteries or outside damage such as glass breakage, wear of watchband or misuse of the watch. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction The present general sales conditions are subject to Belgian law. Only the courts of the judicial district of Bruges have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. |
